Aspen, CO Cope Notes Mental Health Support Text Pilot

Cope Notes sends daily messages to subscribers with prompts for self-reflection and mental wellness. A county public health survey and trial usage by city council members led to a pilot program for residents. Aspen funded three-month subscriptions to Cope Notes for up to 70 residents with an emphasis on first responders and healthcare workers. City officials will use participant survey results at the pilot's conclusion in determining the need for additional subscriptions.
