The Municipality of Barletta implemented a new grant to support non-guilty defaulting tenants experiencing economic difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Applications were accepted through the municipality's IT platform and required a self-certification declaring that the applicant suffered a personal income loss of at least 30% due to the pandemic. Recipients of the grant received an amount equal to three months rent with a maximum amount of €1,000.
