Baton Rouge partnered with eBay to recruit small businesses for the company's e-commerce training program. Each business receives training on how to set up online shops, market their goods, and handle shipping. Business owners also access one-on-one coaching from eBay experts as their shops hit the website. Retail Revival helps Baton Rouge businesses reach international customers while supporting the local economy.
Project Succeeded
Sixty-five participating businesses sold $1.5 million in goods during the first 18 months of Retail Revival.
