Residents receiving social assistance visit the city's Meet & Match Center for participation in the pilot. Visual games from IVY Works identify user skills and strengths across multiple languages. Employment specialists use game outcomes and applicant interviews in developing personalized career maps. The three-year pilot combines games with the Inst@Breda mobile app for more effective solutions to local labor shortages.

BREDA - Marike de Nobel, wethouder Inkomen en Cultuur, opende gisteren het Meet & Match Centrum. Meer mensen aan het werk krijgen was een van de pijlers uit het nieuwe bestuursakkoord. Dit probeert gemeente Breda nu voor elkaar te krijgen met de komst van het Meet & Match Centrum aan de Voorerf 33 in Breda. Hier krijgen werkzoekenden met een bijstandsuitkering alle handvatten die nodig zijn om aan het werk te gaan. Vanaf maandag 12 september zullen de eerste werkzoekenden in het centrum geholpen worden.
