The council worked with eCloud Business Services to integrate the Digitisation Centre into its daily workflows over 18 months. Every mailed letter or document is scanned and analyzed by algorithms that improve over time. Analyzed correspondence is tagged and sent to departments for review. The Records Management team benefits from uniform sorting standards and time savings created by the new system.
