City employees were asked to visualize Casey's evolution over the next decade using recyclable cardboard. Individual models were turned into a public installation by artists Isabel and Alfredo Aquilizan. The Evolve Home/Land display demonstrated Casey's potential areas of growth to in-person and remote viewers. Local officials combined creative insights from the installation with workshop comments when drafting Casey's Organisation and Transformation strategies.
