City employees were asked to visualize Casey's evolution over the next decade using recyclable cardboard. Individual models were turned into a public installation by artists Isabel and Alfredo Aquilizan. The Evolve Home/Land display demonstrated Casey's potential areas of growth to in-person and remote viewers. Local officials combined creative insights from the installation with workshop comments when drafting Casey's Organisation and Transformation strategies.

This program responds to above-average violent and property crime rates compared to neighboring councils. New and existing non-profit organizations apply for grants of up to AUD 30,000 to fund six-month pilots.
