The Cerro Gordo County Emergency Management Agency offered residents two free Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) basic training sessions. The CERT training sessions provided participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and disasters the could impact them at home, work, or school.
