Cherwell District Council, GB welcomes nature to neighborhoods with Wild Bicester initiative

Cherwell District Council, GB Wild Bicester Nature

In Progress

The 18-month program encourages local residents and businesses to create wildlife habitats from existing green spaces. The Wild Bicester website maintained by Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) provides directions for projects like vertical gardens, hedgehog homes, and bug mansions. Homeowners can also pledge to add butterfly boxes that attract beneficial insects to the community.
