The system is available 24 hours a day including tools for new applicants such as a video tutorial, help desk, user manual, and a pre-feasibility simulator.

The previous lamps had very low luminosity due to sodium and mercury vapor so the city replaced them with new LED technology. The street lamps were relocated to improve the distribution of light points and prevent dark areas from forming on the roads and sidewalks.
