Córdoba, CB new Online Authorization system saves wasted time and paper with digital registrations
Córdoba, CB Online Authorization system for businesses
The city of Córdoba created an Online Authorization system to replace the previous procedure which required in-person appointments and physical documentation. The system allows industries, businesses, and services involving stores, kiosks, beverages, clothing, and office management to obtain digital registrations within minutes. The system is available 24 hours a day including tools for new applicants such as a video tutorial, help desk, user manual, and a pre-feasibility simulator.
Project Succeeded
Since June 2021, the municipality has granted 2,014 online authorizations for businesses, industries and services and 9,893 pre-feasibility reports have been completed. Compared to the previous procedure, it is estimated that approximately more than 40 thousand sheets of paper have been saved which means around 600 kilos of wood.
