Delta, BC Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station Strategy

The city selected six locations for 20 EV chargers including City Hall and the Sungod Recreation Centre. EV owners initially receive free charging as Delta officials determine usage and maintenance needs. A fee structure will be introduced that balances affordability with ongoing costs to the city. This investment advances Electric Vehicle Strategy efforts to fill charging gaps and shift city vehicles to plug-in models.
