Dunedin City Council commissioned Research First to survey the housing preferences of residents. Residents received calls and online surveys asking about where in the City they would like to live and their preferred type of housing. The Council plans to use the feedback from residents to improve infrastructure planning. The Council's goal is to construct of additional housing capacity which addresses the growing housing needs and preferences of residents over the next 30 years.
