In Progress

The city's Plan to End Homelessness aims to reduce the timeline from the intake of homeless individuals to permanent housing to 21 days. A Homeless Management Information System tracks available beds, shelters, and supported housing to expedite services. Edmonton works with Homeward Trust toward the goal of Housing First through landlord engagement, rental assistance, and service referrals.
