Enfield Council launched the Small Business Hardship Fund crowdfunding campaign to help local small businesses. The campaign encouraged larger businesses to make donations to small businesses that are financially struggling due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Council developed the crowdfunding campaign specifically to provide funds to small businesses that did not receive any benefit form the existing Government support measures.
