Frankfurt am Main, HE Uninsured Residents Advisory Service

In Progress

The Clearingstelle - or Clearing House - 1.0 helps uninsured or minimally insured residents navigate local care infrastructure. Advisors from the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences provide one-on-one guidance on medical, mental health, drug treatment, and homelessness services. Social welfare, youth services, and public health staffers coordinate resources for the two-year program. Clearingstelle 1.0 responds to growing costs of care and unemployment due to COVID-19.
