The GlosTalk app developed with Trapeze uses a talk-back feature to overcome accessibility issues. Commuters ask the app for an audio or text rundown of the 12 closest transit stops. GlosTalk uses the county's real-time passenger information (RTPI) system for arrival and departure times. Council officials worked with area disability groups to ensure usability for a full range of commuter needs.
