Gravenhurst, ON customer experiences pilot program

The Town of Gravenhurst launched the Gravenhurst Customer Experience pilot program to help local businesses improve their customer experience. During the program, anonymous shoppers evaluate their customer experience and compile reports on the appearance, customer service quality, value of products, website, and social media of participating businesses. The Economic Development team then provides tools and resources to help them make changes to increase customer satisfaction.
