The 12-month pilot adds 33 smart light fixtures to the district's innovation corridor. A Cox2M platform displays the real-time energy consumption and lighting levels of each fixture. Data from the pilot inform broader adoption that would reduce Henderson's energy costs while improving pedestrian experiences. City officials and Cox Communications will build off this pilot with smart water, traffic, and parking systems.
