The Shared ICT Service directly connected service request forms to operations teams. Each request submitted by a resident is delivered to the relevant team's mobile device or onboard tablet. The request system generates an ideal route for the efficient completion of pending requests. The district's waste collection and street cleaning teams implemented the system by the end of 2020 with ground team integration slated for 2021.
