Kansas City partnered with the nonprofit aSTEAM Village, Lincoln University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City to launch the Digital KC NOW pilot project. The goal of Digital KC NOW is to bridge the digital divide by providing underserved residents in the city's 3rd District with equitable internet access and digital skills training.
