Kotka, FI Meritonit New Residents Virtual Gulf Plots

The Kotka Meritontit - Sea Plots - initiative attracts new residents to the port city. Every new resident through September 2023 receives their own Meritontit. Digital plots connect newcomers to their new homes while displaying interesting facts like wave heights and the names of passing ships. The program website highlights local attractions and the benefits of living in Kotka. Municipal officials plan an event for all Meritontit holders to get to know each other and their community.
