London Borough of Hackney, GB Made Tech Cloud Solutions
Borough officials sought an open-source approach for housing data across its departments. Made Tech's customized platform combines REST APIs and a microservice architecture for easy integration of data streams. This system supports relationships with multiple vendors while improving the identification of vulnerable residents and income collections. The collaboration also produced a UK-first API Playbook available to other council teams as they update their systems.
