The council's Our Newham Work team recruits entrepreneurs aged 18 to 30 for six-month cohorts. Each participant is partnered with an experienced professional who can assist with planning and idea development for startup concepts. Monthly Ideas Lab presentations by local founders include Q&A sessions useful for exploring the latest business trends. The Expressway Incubator Programme also opens networking opportunities to 162 member businesses.
