St. Patrick's Community Support Centre provides personalized services to unhoused residents during the two-year pilot. Centre staffers identify residents without permanent housing and address immediate needs. The program refers participants to community partners and council initiatives focused on long-term success. Council officials approved the partnership with St. Patrick's as part of its two-year Homelessness and Street Present Strategy.

Mandurah, WA trains local business owners through Entrepreneurial Capacity Building Program
The city offers free Mumpreneur 101 and StartUp Smart Creative courses over eight-week timelines. Mumpreneur 101 teaches mothers how to develop sustainable at-home businesses. Entrepreneurs in the StartUp Smart Creative track learn how to develop, price, and market new products. Mandurah also developed a self-guided Business Recovery Management course to help entrepreneurs navigate through the challenges of COVID-19.
