Mesa, AZ cloud-based building automation energy usage system

Complete

The system was designed to conserve energy usage in city buildings by optimizing the times and temperatures of the facilities throughout the year particularly during record heatwaves.

Project Succeeded

The building automation system has reduced energy usage by 3-5% resulting in approximately $600,000 of annual savings by preventing buildings from going past thresholds during peak times.
