Minneapolis, MN simplifies transit and parking payments with Flowbird touchscreen kiosks

Minneapolis, MN Flowbird Touchscreen Transit Parking Kiosks

Complete

The city replaced 700 existing curbside kiosks with Flowbird contactless payment kiosks. Each CWT kiosk uses a tablet-style interface for bus fare and city-owned parking payments. Flowbird designed the kiosk to operate on solar power and comply with Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. Transit officials gain insights into location-specific kiosk use that shape bus route planning and parking enforcement.
