Ten Community Ambassadors representative of local cultural, linguistic, and religious diversity were recruited for the two-year program. These volunteers built relationships with fellow residents during events like Resilience against Racism workshops and bystander intervention training. Council leaders consulted with Community Ambassadors on anti-racism programs. Hello Neighbour also referred volunteers to charities and community groups working against discrimination.
