Norfolk County developed a Bid Opportunities Website using the "bids&tenders" digital procurement platform. The system makes it easy for vendors to review, register, and download bids anywhere at anytime without subscription fees. The online bidding system was implemented in order to reduce the use of paper, improve business communications, increase accessibility to conducting business with the County, and maximize the impact of taxpayer funding.
