In Progress
Pensacola and Bird will operate up to 250 e-scooters during the one-year pilot. The city approved a pilot zone that included Pensacola Baywalk and downtown areas heavily frequented by travelers. Bird e-scooters are available to Pensacola residents for a $1 unlock fee and $0.39 per minute. City officials originally authorized an e-scooter pilot for spring 2020 but delayed implementation due to COVID-19.
