Phoenix, AZ Shared Micromobility Program Lime Spin Equitable

Phoenix conducted a three-year pilot with multiple e-scooter operators on downtown streets. The Shared Micromobility Program features Lime and Spin as licensed operators with fleets of up to 1,500 vehicles. Twenty percent of each operator's fleet includes bikes and e-bikes. The city's Street Transportation Department requires 30% of micromobility fleets to be deployed in Equity Zones with discounted rates for residents in transit deserts.
