Jobcenter Randers Erhverv hires unemployed residents to refurbish office furniture no longer used by municipal departments. Public employees can request refurbished items through the project's website or by visiting the showroom. Furniture Circle reduces the number of usable items sent to the landfill and instills sustainable mindsets in participants.

Intern møbelgenbrug indviet i Randers

Som en af de første kommuner i landet har Randers åbnet en intern møbelbørs for genbrugte møbler - Møbelcirklen. Dermed går Randers Kommune forrest for at genbruge møbler på kommunale arbejdspladser. Det bidrager til at nedbringe kommunens CO2-aftryk og nå FN's 17 Verdensmål.
