The ZAP will use public feedback to adjust the city's zoning scheme for improved equity and placemaking. A dedicated website houses the Rochester 2034 plan and documents on how zoning changes would bring its components to life. Residents supply feedback at four public meetings or using an online comment form. City officials will introduce additional online and in-person engagement opportunities to increase the volume of community input.
