In Progress

Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is partnering with North, an IoT service provider, to install sensors inside an old residential building being prepared for demolition. The sensors will be installed throughout the 130 residential properties to confirm that the building remains empty. The sensors will report any movement within the building to central systems in order to ensure that health and safety standards are met.
