Sea Girt, NJ digitized its violation management process deploying GovPilot's Code Enforcement module
Sea Girt digitized its violation management process by partnering with GovPilot and deploying their Code Enforcement module. The digital system replaced a paper-based process which involved reporting concerns by calling or visiting city hall, writing inspection data into notebooks, and mailing notices to offenders. Residents can now report concerns online, using the Report a Concern form or the GovAlert app, to an automated workflow which schedules inspections and communicates status updates.
