Sea Girt, NJ deployed GovPilot's Code Enforcement module
Sea Girt digitized its violation management process by partnering with GovPilot and deploying their Code Enforcement module. The digital system replaced a paper-based process which involved reporting concerns by calling or visiting city hall, writing inspection data into notebooks, and mailing notices to offenders. Residents can now report concerns online, using the Report a Concern form or the GovAlert app, to an automated workflow which schedules inspections and communicates status updates.

Since deploying GovPilot's Code Enforcement module, Sea Girt employees spend 66% less time communicating with requestors and other departments. Sea Girt staff can properly track and enforce a code violation with the module in half the time it took using the previous system.
