St Joseph County launched the #OnlyinTheBend Parks Pass, a free passport program, to encourage residents to visit 20 local parks. Participants can check-in at local parks via geographical data on their smartphone to get credit for their visits. Participants that visit five parks receive a pair of sunglasses and participants that visit 20 parks receive a red fanny pack.
