Ugu, KZN mobile app for water and sanitation service issues
Ugu District Municipality launched a new free mobile app allowing residents to connect with the Water Services Authority. Users can now report water and sanitation service problems and receive reference numbers immediately. The Ugu District Municipality Citizen App also allows residents to view their account balances, meter readings, and logged calls. The app is POPI compliant and all personal user information is verified and protected.

To connect to Ugu Municipality, a Water Services Authority. The General public can download the App, and Municipal account holders need to register before accessing Account info, ID Number and Water account . The App will allocate unique reference numbers for all your logged cases, and keep updating you on the progress. The App will enable you to report Water and Sanitation service faults within the Ugu area, upload meter readings, view account balances, rate service, keep history of your cases, and many more features will be added later.
