Whitsunday, QLD Planning and Investor Portal Property

Portal users enter local addresses to access property and flood reports. The Property Report feature maps soil types, zoning, and proximity to protected areas for every lot in Whitsunday. Homeowners and builders learn about flood risks for selected properties with the Flood Report tool. Developers enter their project category into the Investor Portal to find properties for rent or sale. Council planners worked with Precisely during the development of the portal.
