Angus Council, GB approves EV charging hub to promote low-emissions commutes

Angus Council, GB EV Charging Hub Low-Emissions Commutes

In Progress

The Angus on the Go Project centers on a nine-charger hub in Forfar's Orchardbank business park. A cluster of rapid, fast, and standard chargers replenishes EV batteries in as little as 30 minutes. Orchardbank was selected due to its proximity to the heavily used A90 route. Council officials developed the EV charging hub to further the clean growth efforts of the regional Mercury Programme.
