Apeldoorn, GE Solar Park Brinkenweg Green Energy Crowdfund

In Progress

Apeldoorn and local energy cooperative deA will share ownership of the 6,000-panel park with a planned completion date in 2022. All of the solar power produced at Brinkenweg will be used by tenants of the nearby Ecofactorij business park. Residents and local companies financed portions of the solar park at €250 per panel during deA's crowdfunding campaign. Each purchase represents a 15-year investment in the park with a 3.5% annual return per investor.
