Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality hosted one-hour roadshows to educate service providers on the Electronic Procurement System. The City invited any suppliers or vendors wanting to trade to attend the roadshow in their respective region. This education campaign corresponded with the City's launch of its newly expanded Vendor Portal. The system was designed to allow suppliers to receive RFQs via email and respond online.
