Canning, WA Freo Street Doctor Healthcare Access Pilot

Canning and Black Swan Health are partnering on a six-month pilot of the mobile health clinic. Freo Street Doctor arrives at the same time every Friday near the Cannington Soup Kitchen and the Orange Sky Laundry Service. Participating doctors, nurses, and specialists provide free care without appointments. The healthcare team works closely with social workers and outreach staff on identifying additional resources to improve patient outcomes.
