Five Job Advocates were hired by the council for at least two years of job counseling services. Team members are available for phone, email, and in-person consultations five days a week. Casey Job Advocates makes referrals to skill-building courses, public agencies, and potential employers based on each participant's career goals. The program focuses on groups in need of tailored assistance including parents returning to the workplace and new immigrants.
