The city of Chicago created a COVID-19 vaccine incentive program for children ages 5 to 11 at city-operated vaccine sites or through the city's in-home vaccination program. Whenever a child receives their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine at an eligible site, they receive a $100 visa gift card.
