Sofortprogramm Klima leverages city partnerships to significantly reduce emissions over the next decade. A mutual fund with Sparkasse Dortmund will gather resident investments in eco-friendly mobility, construction, and social service ventures. Dortmund plans retrofits for existing buildings with green roofs and solar panels. City officials will work with DEW21 to identify building-by-building energy needs for improvements to its district heating network.
