Carelink allows field staff to update notes and create personalized plans from mobile devices for Care at Home's 600 clients. Council leaders access real-time data about staff deployments and patient needs from a centralized platform. Totalmobile's platform supports efficient scheduling for 7,500 weekly visits, thus freeing personnel time for patient care.
