The City of Fort Saskatchewan is encouraging paperless utility billing by offering residents a chance to win a $250 credit to their account. The city created the incentive in order to promote a contactless, environmentally-friendly option which also reduces printing and mailing costs. Residents that register for the city's e-billing service before the end of the year will be automatically entered into two prize drawings for a $250 credit on their next utility bill.
