This free service connects qualifying residents with business coaches for one-on-one guidance. Coaches identify tools, services, and tips to improve the participant's health and business prospects. The pilot provides an average of six months of mentorship to self-employed residents with gross incomes of £27,000 or less. Local officials worked with The Growth Company and PeoplePlus Enterprise on this first-in-the-country program.
