Hamilton, ON distracted driving education campaign
The City of Hamilton's Public Works and Public Health Services departments launched a distracted driving education campaign to raise awareness of the issue. During the one-month campaign, the city shared safety tips which focused on a variety of possible distractions including cell phones, radio, GPS, children, animals, food, grooming, reading, etc. The campaign warned drivers to be aware of any activity that impairs their ability to safely operate a vehicle.
