Hamilton, ON New Chatbot Home Assistant Skill Election Trial

The Ask Hamilton skill for home devices and phones lowers barriers to information about candidates, wards, and advance polling options. The Municipal Election Virtual Assistant on city webpages provides answers and links to election-related content around the clock. This pilot will run through the October 18 municipal election with potential applications in future elections.
